I had a DELICIOUS lunch today! Pat reminded me that we had an avacado that needed used but normally I just chop it up and add it to fresh salsa and snack away. I hadn't eaten lunch yet and was pretty hungry and found a recipe for this awesome sandwich on pinterest. 





*I know white bread isn't super healthy I would have rather had whole wheat but, Pat did the grocery shopping and he just isn't ready for that switch. Also your calorie goals may be different and you can adjust how much avacado or cheese or butter you use on this 1/2 an avacado was WAY too much and it kept escaping so there's that.
     At first I started working out when Aiden was napping, but he would always run out at the end of the workout wanting all of my attention and then getting mad when I picked him up because I was all sweaty... 

    
      Knowing this kid loves to move SUPER FAST, we started working out while he was awake we would give him something to do, but he always ended up trying out the moves with us. Now anytime he sees Pat or I in our workout gear he yells "work OUT!" and has to join in. He also likes to go kick around a ball across the street and doesn't complain as much when I pick him up and he is the sweaty one!

Hey guys,

Welcome to my new blog!  I'm so excited to get back to writing again.  I've had two previous blogs, and they were just mostly for me to spew out whatever I was feeling, and that will happen a lot here, but I really want to write for you guys.  What do you want to know? What do you want to hear about?  I want the main topic to be getting healthy, but if you know me I can't strictly focus on ANYTHING!

I'm going to be adding pictures, recipes, advice, and whatever other ridiculous things happen, on my journey to being healthier!
